Accomodations
The Double JJ Ranch property features eight historic log cabins that can sleep up to twenty people. There is a community cookhouse that easily seats over twenty-five people. The cabins form a semi-circle around a large grassy yard that slopes gently toward a fishing pond with plenty of enclosed fireplaces for cocktails and smores. The views of the Green River Valley and the Wind River Range from the property are truly jaw-dropping.
The barn will accommodate eighty people. We recommend renting a tent (see Vendors page) for parties over eighty. There is plenty of parking for you and your guests.
The Double JJ Ranch also has a cozy 1-bedroom cabin rentals available year round on Airbnb, here and here.

• Use of owners’ home, a 5,800-square-foot home centered around a large airy gourmet kitchen. The open floor plan mimics the vast Wyoming space with expansive windows which are positioned to offer unparalleled views of the Green River Valley and the Wind River Mountain Range to the east. Materials such as reclaimed wooden floors and recycled barn door siding reflect the western locale while pale green painted clapboard siding and slate countertops hint to an East Coast farmhouse. The sophisticated layout includes a walk-in pantry and wine closet, a built-in wood stove and pizza oven, and an upstairs master suite that connects to the other second-floor rooms by an interior bridge walkway.
The home’s exterior includes oxidized steel and corrugated steel roofing that withstand the area’s elements, while dry-stacked moss rock and rough-hewn timber posts add warmth and charm. Double J Ranch owners’ home embodies the spirit of a hard-working ranch and the comfort of a New England cottage. The owners’ home also includes two outdoor fireplaces, giving you and your guests more room for evening cocktails. Owners’ home has been featured in several magazines including, Mountain Living and Cowboys and Indians.
